Next school year NYS is implementing the NextGen Algebra 1 Math Standards. Earlier this year I went to a training on the standards and recently my colleague and I sifted through the standards to put together our unit outlines for next year.
After all of this work with analyzing the standards I wanted to share with you an outline of units and corresponding standards (with brief standard notes) that align with the Algebra 1 course.
